After careful consideration, the ENOMA project group here in Bergen has concluded that the ENOMA application needs to be postponed to a later call in the eContentplus programme.

Given the current status, we think it is not possible to get the proposal ready in time with the quality needed to pass the threshold. We also believe that we stand a much better chance if we postpone it to a later call. I am sorry that some of you might have worked late hours to meet the deadline, and I would sincerely like to thank you all for your hard work. It is however important that you send us all the material you have prepared for the proposal, as this will form the basis for further work on the ENOMA proposal. We still believe that ENOMA is a good idea and we have now established a good international network in which to organise this activity. So the work is not futile! We will make an overview of the status of the proposal, and use the time we now have to strengthen the proposal and the ENOMA network. Thank you again for your interest and contribution so far!
